Snoodgate

Can somebody please settle this for me? Me and my blogging buddy Saint Wire have been at loggerheads trying to decide which is the original snood. I am convinced it the on directly below. Crocheted, sometimes with beading, sometimes with glittery yarn but always good for a bad hair day. I reckon these babies have been around for ages and were at the height of their popularity during the 40's. They look totally amazing with finger curls and a couple of bobby pins. I have a navy blue version with gold yarn running through.....


......but my unsinkable friend thinks that this ugly version below is the original and best. I hate it. It looks like you've got a jumper stuck round yr head and will only make you look like a hobo if you cover up a bad hair day. Hmmmm, you decide.
