Matthew Barney is an American aritist who works in sculpture, film, photography & drawing. His early works were sculptural installations combined with performance & video. Between 1994 & 2002 he created the Cremaster Cycle, one of the most imaginative and brilliabnt achievements in the history of avant-garde cinema, shot entirely on the inside of the Guggenheim Museum. Masterpiece.
